Commissions* By commissioning me, you agree to all of the terms listed below.
* Rules may be adjusted if discussed and agreed upon with me beforehand.
* Please provide clear references when ordering a commission.
* I have my own unique artistic style and will not replicate another artist’s work.
* Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, I may offer discounted commissions, but overall, I strive to keep my prices fair. Please refrain from commenting negatively on my pricing.
* All commissioned pieces will include a watermark to prevent theft, tracing, or misuse.
* Payment is required immediately after I send the sketch. Payments are accepted via PayPal (USD) only. Please follow any specific payment instructions I provide.
* Please note that I am a mother first, and art will not take priority over my personal or family responsibilities. Turnaround times may vary depending on health, motivation, complexity, or family circumstances.
* Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be shared throughout the process.
* I will correct small mistakes if I am at fault. Major revisions, such as pose changes, may or may not be accepted depending on how late they are requested. Once a piece is completed and approved, no further edits will be made.
* Refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated by me.
* Tracing, redrawing, or heavily editing my artwork is strictly prohibited. Such actions are considered disrespectful and will result in being blacklisted.Copyright and Usage* I, the artist, retain all rights and copyright to every artwork I create, including commissioned pieces.
* I reserve the right to use, display, or sell my artwork for self-promotion or portfolio purposes.
* You, the commissioner, are allowed to:* Use the commissioned artwork for personal use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
* Print the artwork for personal display.
* Use it to promote yourself, provided that proper credit is given to me as the artist.
* You may not:* Use the artwork for commercial purposes (earning profit in any way) without my permission.
* Claim the artwork as your own creation.
* Remove my watermark or signature.
* Alter the artwork without my explicit consent.Cancellations and Chargebacks* I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
* If payment has not yet been sent, you may cancel your commission freely.
* If a chargeback is filed against me:* Your rights to all artworks I have created for you will be revoked.
* You will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me again.
* These terms may be updated or adjusted if discussed with me before the commission begins.---Adopts & Characters* Once I confirm your purchase, please send payment within 24 hours, or the adopt will be resold.
* After payment is received, full ownership of the adopt transfers to you. You may:* Make changes to the design (e.g., gender, hairstyle, colors, clothing, etc.) as long as it remains recognizable.
* Gift or trade the adopt.
* Resell the adopt for the same amount you paid, unless additional artwork has been added to increase its value.
* Please always credit me as the original designer. Do not steal, trace, or claim the design as your own.
* Once payment is complete, you will receive an unwatermarked full-resolution file and full ownership of the character design.
* Breaking any of these rules will result in one warning, followed by a ban from purchasing any of my future adopts.
* It is the responsibility of each adopt’s current owner to ensure their version is properly watermarked to prevent theft.---Blacklist / Warnings* PuPPy – Attempted to trade a stolen character.
